Кармак: Мы не будем делать новый IP в течении 10 лет

Легендарный программист Джон Кармак сказал, что мы не будем делать новые IP игры в "течении следующего десятилетия".

В интервью с журналом Official PlayStation, Кармак сказал, что студия вместо этого хочет сконцентрироваться на поддержке шутеров таких как:Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake и Rage.

"У нас действительно уже есть много опыта" сказал он. "Мы не будем делать новый IP. Это покажеться немного пугающим, но возможно новый IP невыйдет даже в следующее десятилетие, потому, что мы хотим поддержать Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake и надеюсь также Rage.

"Если у Rage будет большой успех, то мы сделаем продолжение" добавил он.

Сегодня вечером на ежегодном мероприятии QuakeCon, покажут "что-то фантастическое и удивительное".
